ZEAL was created with a belief that education should cultivate more than academic achievement. Students deserve opportunities to discover their strengths, develop essential skills, build confidence, and prepare for lives of purpose, leadership, and meaningful contribution.
Our name reflects that commitment. Zenith represents the pursuit of excellence and growth, while Leadership & Learning reflects our belief that students should be empowered to apply what they learn, take initiative, and develop into capable young adults.

ZEAL is intentionally designed for students with ADHD and neurodivergent learning profiles. Executive function challenges are real, and so are curiosity, creativity, and potential. We build practical strategies around how each student works best. No formal diagnosis is required.
ZEAL isn’t a school replacement, private school, tutoring service, or therapy program. Families keep their own curriculum, and ZEAL adds the structure, coaching, and community around it.

Our approach goes beyond introducing strategies. We believe students need opportunities to practice, apply, and strengthen executive function skills within their real responsibilities, interests, relationships, and goals.
