The ZEAL experience · Live online for ADHD teens

Fewer Reminders. More Momentum.

A live, small-group community for homeschool teens with ADHD and executive function challenges. Students get started with a coach and peers beside them, practice the skills that help them follow through, and grow in confidence from home.

What It Feels Like. For Your Teen, and for You.

For Your Teen

Tuesday afternoon, they log in and see familiar faces. The session opens with a short reflection, then a strategy they can actually use. Nobody expects them to sit perfectly still. Their own assignments start moving, with a coach and peers working right alongside them. On Thursday, they build something with their group and get to lead part of it. For many teens, it can be the first time school has felt like a place they belong.

For You

Tuesday afternoon, you hear your teen working, and you didn't have to ask. You get a break from being the enforcer. You have a coach in your corner who understands neurodivergent learners and keeps you in the loop. And at dinner, the conversation is about their project, not their missing assignments.

Life inside ZEAL

A Place to Participate.
A Space to Become.

Students don't need to have everything figured out before they join. ZEAL is a live online community where they can bring their ideas, practice new approaches, contribute to the group, and discover what works for them.

01

Be Understood

A small-group community where students are understood as individuals, with their own ways of thinking, learning, and growing. Their strengths, interests, challenges, and goals all have a place here.

02

Have a Voice

Opportunities to contribute ideas, ask questions, collaborate, and practice communicating with others.

03

Try Something Meaningful

Interactive challenges and guided experiences connected to real schoolwork, responsibilities, leadership, and life.

04

Grow at Your Own Pace

Room to experiment with strategies, reflect on progress, and develop confidence without being expected to master everything immediately.

Personal attention.
Real participation.

Students are known by name, coached as individuals, and expected to contribute. Small groups create room for meaningful discussion, encouragement, and personal guidance.

Students bring their own homeschool work. Academic accountability and body doubling (working quietly alongside others) help them take action on their own assignments, not a shared worksheet.

Challenges with purpose

Students collaborate on service projects, explore entrepreneurship, establish budgets, delegate responsibilities, and practice presenting their decisions.

Growth you can see

Completed projects, practiced strategies, and personal reflections can offer meaningful ways to recognize growth.

Tools they actually use

Planning, task initiation, organization, decision-making, and self-awareness are practiced with real responsibilities, not just worksheets and videos.

A partnership with parents

Your Family Stays at the Center.

ZEAL doesn't replace you. You remain your student's primary teacher, and your curriculum stays yours. We add the structure, coaching, and community around it.

  • You stay informed. Parents are copied on direct communication between ZEAL staff and students.
  • You get support, too. Our coaches understand the realities of homeschooling a neurodivergent teen.
  • You get to be the encourager again. When accountability lives in ZEAL, home can feel like home.

Who ZEAL serves

Built for This Season of Life.

ZEAL is designed for homeschool teens ages 13 to 18 who need more than academics to thrive. Most are homeschooled, and we also welcome students in hybrid or co-op programs.

  • Younger teens build executive function habits, confidence, and faith-based grounding before high school demands increase.
  • High school students prepare for independence, and families may be able to document ZEAL as a high school elective in leadership or personal development.
  • Families in the Eastern and Central time zones often find the afternoon schedule especially convenient, and we welcome families nationwide.

No diagnosis is required.
