Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 16, 2026
1. Who We Are
ZEAL Students ("ZEAL," "we," "us," or "our") is a live online homeschool enrichment program for homeschool teens (generally ages 13 to 18). ZEAL is operated by DNL Coaching and Creative, LLC, which also operates Carolina ADHD Coaching.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information through the ZEAL website (zealstudents.com), our email list, our enrollment process, and our live online program. Carolina ADHD Coaching's coaching services are covered by that site's separate privacy policy.
2. This Website Is Intended for Parents and Guardians
The ZEAL website, email list, guide request form, contact form, and enrollment inquiry form are intended for parents and legal guardians. Students should not submit forms, subscribe to emails, or provide information to us directly through this website.
Information about a student is provided to us by the student's parent or guardian. If we learn that a student has submitted information through the website without a parent or guardian, we will delete it.
3. Information We Collect
Information you give us

Please don't share medical records, diagnostic reports, or other detailed health information through our website forms.
Enrollment and participation. If your student enrolls, we may collect additional information needed to provide the program, such as emergency contact information, participation preferences or accommodations you choose to share, attendance, and basic notes about your student's participation and progress.
Payment information. We intend to process tuition payments through Stripe. Payment collection is not yet active. When it is, payment card information will be entered with and processed by Stripe. ZEAL does not collect or store payment card numbers through its website forms.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our site and its service providers may automatically receive basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited. This information is used to deliver, secure, and maintain the website.
We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies on the ZEAL website. Some embedded services, such as the Kit guide request form and Vimeo video player, may use cookies or similar technologies under their own privacy policies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
4. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Respond to your questions and enrollment inquiries

We use any learning profile or support information you share only to understand your student's needs and to provide the program. We do not use it for advertising.
5. Third-Party Services We Use
We rely on trusted service providers to run the website and program. They process information on our behalf and under their own terms and privacy policies. These currently include:
- Lovable and Supabase: website hosting, and storage of contact and enrollment inquiry form submissions
- Kit: our email list and the program guide request form
- Stripe (intended): tuition payment processing, once payment collection is active
- An online meeting platform: delivery of live program sessions
- Vimeo: embedded program videos
- Google Fonts: website typography
- Email service providers: day-to-day communication with families
We choose providers we believe use reasonable safeguards, but we don't control their privacy practices. We may change providers over time and will update this policy when we do.
6. Live Online Sessions
ZEAL sessions take place live on an online meeting platform. During sessions, other participants and ZEAL staff can see and hear what a student shares through audio, video, chat, screen sharing, and collaborative activities.
- ZEAL does not record its live program sessions. Participants are not permitted to record, photograph, livestream, or redistribute sessions.
- Camera use and participation methods can be discussed with ZEAL to support each student's comfort and needs.
- Families should avoid sharing unnecessary private, medical, or sensitive information in group settings.
- The online meeting platform processes meeting and technical information under its own privacy practices.
ZEAL does not publicly use a student's identifiable image, voice, or personal story for promotional purposes without separate appropriate authorization from a parent or guardian.
7. Minors and Parental Consent
ZEAL serves homeschool teens (generally ages 13 to 18), so we take extra care with student information.
- A parent or guardian provides student information and consents to the student's participation.
- Students do not create accounts on the ZEAL website.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through our website. If we learn we have, we will delete it.
- ZEAL staff do not communicate privately with students outside of program channels. Parents or guardians are copied on direct communication between staff and students.
- We do not sell student information or use it for advertising.
In limited situations involving safety, such as a risk of self-harm, abuse, or harm to others, we may share information with a parent or guardian, emergency services, or appropriate authorities. Our Terms of Service explain these limits of confidentiality.
8. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:
- With ZEAL and Carolina ADHD Coaching staff who need it to respond to you and deliver the program. Both are operated by DNL Coaching and Creative, LLC.
- With service providers listed in Section 5, to operate the website and program.
- For safety, as described in Section 7.
- For legal reasons, when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of students, families, ZEAL, or others.
- In a business transfer, such as a merger or sale of assets, where the new owner would be expected to honor this policy.
- With your consent, in any other situation.
9. Your Email Choices
When you request the ZEAL guide, you agree to receive emails about ZEAL and Carolina ADHD Coaching. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing email.
If your student is enrolled, we will still send necessary program emails, such as schedule updates, billing notices, and important announcements, even if you unsubscribe from marketing emails.
We collect phone numbers to follow up on enrollment inquiries. We will not send marketing text messages without your separate consent.
10. How We Protect Information
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate for a small program, and we limit access to information to people who need it to serve your family. No website, online platform, or method of storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. How Long We Keep Information
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing the program and meeting legal, accounting, safety, and recordkeeping needs. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it no longer identifiable.
12. Your Privacy Choices and Requests
Parents and guardians may ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you or your student
- Correct information that is inaccurate
- Delete information about you or your student
- Stop sending marketing emails
To make a request, email john@carolinaadhdcoaching.com. We may need to confirm your identity and your relationship to the student before acting on a request. Some information may be kept when needed for legal, accounting, safety, or contractual reasons.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy laws.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page with a new effective date. If we make material changes, we will notify enrolled families by email.
