Our mission · For neurodivergent homeschool teens

Wired Differently. Made on Purpose.

ZEAL exists for homeschool teens with ADHD and executive function challenges, and for the parents who love them. We help students recognize their God-given gifts, build the skills to use them, and grow into confident, capable, Christ-centered leaders.

Why ZEAL exists

Homeschooling a Neurodivergent Teen Isn't Always Easy.

You chose to homeschool out of love. Maybe a classroom was dimming your child's spark. Maybe you wanted faith woven into their education. Maybe you simply knew your child learns differently.

But somewhere along the way, you also became the teacher, the principal, the guidance counselor, and the alarm clock. Some days end in tears over an assignment that should have taken twenty minutes. Some nights you lie awake wondering if you're doing enough.

And your student feels it too. They're tired of hearing "you're so smart, if you'd just apply yourself." They want to be understood, not fixed. They want friends who get how they think. They want to find out what they're actually good at.

ZEAL was created by Carolina ADHD Coaching to fill those gaps: accountability for students, support for parents, and room for the gifts that too often go unnoticed.

What families tell us they want

Two Hopes. One Program.

What Parents Hope For

  • Peace at home, without the daily battle over schoolwork
  • Assignments that move forward without constant reminders
  • Faith that's part of the day, not an afterthought
  • Someone in their corner who understands ADHD and neurodivergence
  • To enjoy their teen again, not just manage them
  • Confidence that their child is ready for what's next

What Students Hope For

  • To be understood, not corrected all day
  • Friends who get how they think
  • A chance to prove they're capable
  • A say in how they learn
  • To discover something they're genuinely good at
  • To feel proud of who God made them to be

ZEAL is designed to serve both, because when a student grows, the whole family feels it.

A program that travels with your family.Because ZEAL is live online, it fits wherever your homeschool happens: at home, on the road, or at Grandma's kitchen table.

Honor the mind.
Nurture the person.
Prepare the leader.

At ZEAL, we don’t simply teach students what to know. We help them become confident, capable, and prepared to lead.

Our mission is to support the whole student: honoring neurodivergent minds, strengthening executive function in real life, developing Christ-centered character, and creating opportunities for purposeful growth.

Students practice responsibility, communication, resilience, and service. Not as abstract ideas, but as skills they can carry into their homes, communities, and futures.

Our vision

A Generation Ready to Lead

We're working toward a generation of young people who are:

  • Rooted in their faith
  • Equipped with executive function and real-life skills
  • Brave enough to lead, create, and serve
  • Able to turn challenges into stepping stones

ZEAL is meant to be two things at once: a place to grow as a leader, and a place to be supported while you do. Students gain practical tools for independence while being personally coached and genuinely encouraged.

What guides us

Our Values

  • Faith First. Christ is our foundation. Every goal, decision, and next step starts there.
  • Different Is Not Broken. Every student is God's handiwork (Ephesians 2:10), wonderfully made, with a design worth celebrating.
  • Focus Is a Skill. Executive function and self-leadership are taught and practiced every week, not just expected.
  • Lead by Serving. Students learn to serve God, lift others up, and lead with courage and conviction.
  • Future-Minded. We prepare students for their calling, whether that's college, a trade, entrepreneurship, ministry, or community leadership.

The belief behind ZEAL

More Than What They Achieve.
More Than What They Struggle With.

We believe a young person's worth is not measured by a transcript, a completed checklist, or how easily they meet someone else's expectations.

Students bring different ways of thinking, learning, creating, and contributing. Those differences deserve to be understood. At the same time, every student deserves opportunities to develop responsibility, perseverance, confidence, and the practical skills needed to navigate life.

Rooted in Christian faith, ZEAL brings those convictions together: honoring each student's God-given identity while helping them prepare for meaningful participation in the world.

Our hope is simple: young people who understand how God wired them, can manage their own work, and walk into their future with confidence and conviction.

Our signature framework

Grounded in faith.
Growing with purpose.

Three connected pillars. One intentionally designed experience for the whole student.

01

Faith

Know who you are.

Christ-centered identity, character, and purpose. A foundation of integrity and resilience that helps students recognize their God-given gifts.

02

Focus

Master how you work.

Practical, ADHD-informed executive function coaching that helps students strengthen planning, organization, task initiation, time management, and follow-through. Students discover strategies that work with their unique minds and practice applying them to everyday responsibilities.

03

Future

Discover what you can become.

Leadership, entrepreneurship, and real-world readiness. Meaningful experiences that turn confidence into action and potential into possibility.
